Sports Fan Golf Tour: Crystal Falls
Sports Fan Properties LLC kicked off the fourth tournament of the 2009 Sports Fan Golf Tour Tuesday at the beautiful Crystal Falls Golf Club located in Dawsonville, GA.
ROSWELL, GA, June 26, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Sports Fan Properties LLC kicked off the fourth tournament of the 2009 Sports Fan Golf Tour Tuesday at the beautiful Crystal Falls Golf Club located in Dawsonville, GA. Each hole is distinctly different on this par 72, 7,006 yard course with an incredible mountain landscape requiring a diversity of shot making.
Sports Fan Properties LLC sales manager Rachael Sharpless says: "This is truly an amazing course. The incredible scenery, the well maintained and lush golf course, and the competitiveness of the players made for an exciting tournament."
Sports Fan Golf Tour introduced two fan friendly long drive competitions this tournament to promote the MLB Players Alumni Golf Tournament on October 12, 2009. These competitions included a Junior Club and Baseball Bat long drive competition. Each golfer was given a chance to participate and win a Phil Neikro signed golf ball and baseball card donated by the MLB Players Alumni Association. Both of these competitions gave the golfers a humorous break from the tournament as they watch their fellow golfers "swing for the fence".
This tournament was sponsored by Bridgestone Golf and Miller Genuine Draft 64 making the prize packages very appealing to the participants. Some of the top prizes won include a Bridgestone golf bag, driver and wedge, personalized golf balls, Sports Fan Golf Tour and SportsUnlimited golf shirts, Braves Tickets and a Phil Neikro signed baseball.
